Maintenance Supervisor | Cookeville, TN Great Pay | Bonuses | Growth | Supportive Team Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping a community running at its best? We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a multifamily community in the Cookeville area.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for an apartment community Supervise and support a maintenance team to ensure service excellence Coordinate apartment turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair needs Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and uphold community standards

What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required EPA Certification Required Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to excellent resident service and team success
