MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant Director to assist with the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial maintenance, project management, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and supervising maintenance staff, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using multimeters and read schematics
• Knowledge of 4 pipe water system with boilers and chillers
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to address equipment malfunctions promptly
• Communicate with external contractors for specialized repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist guests with maintenance issues that may arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance and project management
• Strong leadership skills to effectively help manage a maintenance team
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems using multimeters and interpreting logic controllers
• Ability to read and understand schematics for equipment repair
• Knowledge of HVAC systems installation and repair
