Job Description

We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance supervisor to lead our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community
  • Bridlewood Apartments (308 units)
  • located in Knoxville, TN. Hourly rate shall range from $27.00
  • $29.
00 per hour based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including project management, basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, resident relations, work order management, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred. Candidates MUST be HVAC and CPO certified.
