If you're a detail-oriented, hands-on leader who takes pride in pristine grounds and great resident service, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Maintain our beautiful saltwater pool Ensure the grounds are pristine Complete apartment turns at move-out Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner Participate in an on-call rotation Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks Qualifications Must be HVAC certified and proficient in all areas of apartment maintenance Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM On-call rotation required Benefits We Offer 15 Days of PTO during your 1st year 11 Days of Holiday Pay Birthday Day Off Year End Bonus Why Join Us?
