The position includes light plumbing and electrical, sheetrock repairs, painting, cleaning, preparing units for rental, pool maintenance, and general repairs. Must be a team player who will work well with our management staff but also work well independently. Must be professional, courteous, respectful, trustworthy, able to communicate well with residents and co-workers, and have a positive attitude. A clean background, good driving record, valid driver's license, and reliable means of transportation are all required. This is a fulltime position with competitive benefits including health and life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and 401K match. There will be occasional after hour emergency calls as well.
