Maintenance Supervisor - LaFollette Estates | LaFollette, TN Comp Apartment Included | Monthly + Quarterly Bonuses | Career Growth LaFollette Estates, a well-maintained 88-apartment home community in LaFollette, TN , is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance Ability to participate in after-hours emergency calls Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance operations for an 88-unit apartment community Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns/make-readies Maintain grounds, building systems, and community appearance Coordinate and supervise vendor work Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance Maintain inventory and operate within budget expectations Deliver excellent service to residents while maintaining a safe, well-kept community If you're an experienced maintenance professional ready to join a company focused on stability, support, and career advancement , apply today and grow with Brookside!
