Job Description

Lifetime Docks - Service Manager - LaFollette, TN Responsibilities Answer initial boat dock service/repair calls, emails and texts. Create and manage service tickets. Contact customers by phone, email, and text with quotes and updates. Keep customers informed about job progress and completion timelines. Schedule service jobs and coordinate crews. Use computer programs including Excel, Word, HubSpot, and email systems. Assist in the field as needed. Apply construction knowledge to service and repair projects. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Follow up with customers after job completion. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and prioritize schedules. Experience with construction, docks, or marine service preferred. Comfortable using computers and office software. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to work both in-office and in the field when required.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
