Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring timely completion of routine and preventive maintenance tasks. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, HVAC units, and low/high voltage equipment. Develop, implement, and manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Coordinate facility upgrades, repairs, and projects with internal teams or external vendors while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Conduct inspections of industrial machinery and infrastructure to identify potential issues before they cause downtime or safety hazards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems, high voltage areas, and industrial maintenance procedures. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history for continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including low voltage and high voltage systems. Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting automation systems. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety protocols. Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and accountability. Project management capabilities to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects from start to finish. Skilled in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics. Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across teams.
