Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions throughout the facility. The supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance technicians (typically 8 to 10). This position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Downtime tracking and analysis. Preventative maintenance tracking and analysis. Education tracking and scheduling for Maintenance Technicians Perform audits (e.g. housekeeping, safety, lockout/tagout) Continuous Improvement Time and attendance tracking for direct reports
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma. Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) (Industrial Maintenance or relevant field of study) Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance 2-5 years management experience Microsoft Office Organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to include but not limited to: PLC based hardware and software Electrical control systems Mechanical drive systems Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems HVAC/Chiller systems
