Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to captain our maintenance team and uphold the upkeep, reliability, and repairs of our facilities. In this role, you will be the foundational bridge between the technicians on the floor and senior operations leadership, ensuring our physical assets operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.
salary:
$75,504 - $86,320 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

High SchoolResponsibilities Preventative Maintenance :
Designing and executing schedules to service equipment before it breaks down.
Reactive Maintenance:
Acting as the first responder when critical systems fail, diagnosing issues rapidly to minimize downtime.
Asset Management:
Tracking the lifespan, performance, and repair history of all facility assets.
Supervision:
Leading a team of technicians, mechanics, electricians, and plumbers.
Scheduling:
Coordinating shift coverage, on-call rotations, and emergency response teams.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring the facility meets local, state, and federal codes.
Safety Protocols:
Implementing Lockout/Tagout procedures, managing Personal Protective Equipment compliance, and conducting regular safety audits.
Permits:
Obtaining necessary permits for hot work, confined spaces, or structural modifications.
Training & Development:
Upskilling technicians on new machinery, specialized tools, and advanced troubleshooting tech.
Budgeting:
Managing the annual maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and forecasting future capital expenditures like roof replacements or major machinery overhauls.
MRO Inventory Management:
Overseeing the inventory of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations supplies. This means keeping critical spare parts in stock without tying up too much cash in inventory.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Sourcing, negotiating contracts with, and supervising external specialized contractors.
