High School Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Direct, coordinate, and work alongside the maintenance team to execute mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
Task Management:
Distribute and supervise daily work orders, verifying that tasks are completed on time and properly logged.
Downtime Reduction:
Diagnose and repair urgent machinery breakdowns quickly to minimize impacts on production.
Preventative Care:
Design, execute, and track predictive and preventative maintenance schedules.
Staff Development:
Train, guide, and mentor technicians on technical skills, standard protocols, and safety measures.
Documentation:
Keep detailed and precise records of all maintenance activities within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Project Support:
Help plan and execute facility upgrades, new equipment installations, and special engineering projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with production and engineering departments to analyze equipment failures, find root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to environmental regulations, safety protocols, and corporate policies.
Inventory Control:
Oversee the stock of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with procurement to reorder items as necessary.
Process Improvement:
Assist with initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability, lowering operational costs, and increasing efficiency. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 10 hours at one time working weekends Skills Maintenance (7 years of experience is required) Electrical (7 years of experience is required) Plumbing Supervisor/Coach Blueprints Managing Supervising (2 years of experience is required) Electronic Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Welding (3 years of experience is preferred) Pneumatics (5 years of experience is preferred)
CMMS HVAC
