Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Maintenance Manager to lead a team responsible for the daily repair, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial processing equipment and facility systems. In this role, you will supervise maintenance staff, assist with electrical troubleshooting and boiler maintenance, and execute a proactive preventative maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime. BachelorsResponsibilities Supervises the plant maintenance staff and assists them with daily tasks, including electrical troubleshooting and the repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Executes an effective preventative maintenance (PM) program to minimize unscheduled equipment downtime. Maintains all operating equipment in satisfactory condition and keeps accurate, timely records of all maintenance performed. Installs, repairs, and performs maintenance on industrial processing equipment, water systems, and other facility equipment. Diagnoses electrical problems, replaces or repairs parts, and makes necessary adjustments. Manages spare parts inventories in a cost-effective manner and orders supplies while controlling expenses. Develops and trains a qualified department, keeping staff current on equipment, repair procedures, and industry best practices. Ensures work is performed safely and efficiently, strictly adhering to all safety rules, policies, and procedures required by law and industry practice.
