PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We are looking for a maintenance expert with exceptional leadership skills to supervise and assist a team in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include leading electrical troubleshooting, overseeing the maintenance and operation of specialized machinery and boilers (certification preferred), and managing complex systems like welding, cutting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

salary:

$100,000 - $115,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 3:30 AM - 1

BachelorsResponsibilitiesThe Chief Engineer (Branch) has overall responsibility for facility maintenance and the daily repair and preventative maintenance of industrial textile processing equipment. The Chief Engineer supervises the work of others and assists them to ensure that tasks such as start-up and shut-down procedures, electrical troubleshooting, maintaining and operating boilers, welding and cutting, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, or other systems are completed according to policies and procedures. This position reports to the Branch General Manager.
