You will lead the shop, assist with diagnostics, manage workflow, and continue to turn hours at a high level. What You'll Do Dispatch and manage Repair Orders (ROs) Monitor WIP and shop workflow Assist technicians with diagnostics and problem jobs Track productivity and maintain efficiency Perform final quality checks on completed vehicles Lead daily shop meetings and support the team Requirements Certified CDJR Master Tech (Required) Strong diagnostic skills Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred High producer in a flat rate environment Valid driver's license What We Offer 6-month income guarantee Strong workflow and car count Growth and leadership opportunity Training and development Team-focused environment
