Job Description

About the Role As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Lead, you will serve as the primary technical authority and team coordinator for our facility's critical infrastructure. You will drive operational excellence by mentoring staff, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring that complex mechanical and electrical systems operate at peak efficiency. Responsibilities Coordinate daily maintenance workflows and provide technical mentorship to the shift team to ensure high-quality repairs. Execute advanced diagnostics and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, including 3-phase motors, pumps, and high-heat processing equipment. Drive the execution of preventative maintenance programs to maximize asset longevity and minimize unplanned production interruptions. Interpret complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics to resolve system failures rapidly. Perform precision welding and fabrication tasks to maintain facility infrastructure and equipment integrity. Champion a culture of safety by enforcing strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and identifying potential workplace hazards. Act as the key liaison between production departments and the maintenance team to streamline communication and resource allocation. Contribute to continuous improvement projects by identifying and implementing process optimizations. Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Proven track record in a lead or supervisory capacity within a technical environment. Advanced proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, specifically with 3-phase power systems. Demonstrated ability to perform MIG or Stick welding and light fabrication. Expertise in reading and applying technical blueprints and system schematics. Preferred Skills Formal certification in industrial maintenance or electrical technology. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated control systems. Strong background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
