Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving plant equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Develop and follow maintenance schedules and procedures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS system. Support equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades. Coordinate with production teams and external contractors. Identify opportunities for equipment improvement and cost reduction. Manage spare parts inventory. • May involve shift work, on-call duties, and emergency breakdown support. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices Familiarity with CMMS software Effective communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments PLC, automation, electrical, or HVAC knowledge Maintenance certifications (e.g., TPM, reliability engineering) What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Career development and training opportunities Supportive and safety-focused work environment
