Bardin Rd, Arlington, TX 76018, United States 5005 Samuell Blvd, Mesquite, TX 75149, United States 3215 Spur 482, IRVING, TX 75062, United States Apply Share Job Description Under direct supervision, supports the FedEx fleet maintenance effort by assisting Regional Manager with processing invoices, cost tracking, inventory control, physical inspections of company owned equipment, and vendor quality audits, for one or more stations within the assigned district. Essential Functions Monitors maintenance costs pertaining to purchasing, inventory control and outsourcing of repairs Monitors company trailering and switching equipment. Compliance Monitors inspections of company-owned and approved equipment to ensure adherence to DOT and FMCSA regulations and company brand standards. Monitors Business Controls Self Audit (BCSA) compliance and assists in process development. Engages with station, district and regional teams and participates in cross functional teams. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum Experience None required. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize workload, and respond to functional needs. Ability to develop effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with immediate management. Position will be domiciled in one of the following locations: Mesquite, TX, Irving, TX or Arlington, TX.
