Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. This role is vital in ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. As a Maintenance Lead, you will lead a team of technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and implement proactive strategies to minimize downtime. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and facilities management will drive operational excellence and safety standards across the plant. Duties Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment. Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, using schematics and testing tools such as ohmmeters. Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC units, and industrial machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment installation, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety procedures in accordance with industry standards. Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Requirements Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong electrical experience with knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, high voltage, and low voltage systems. Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and facilities management. Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Supervising experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination. Project management skills to oversee maintenance projects from planning through execution.
