Job Description

job summary: Reputable and growing organization is looking to hire (direct hire) a Maintenance Manager in the Beaumont, Texas area. Bachelor's degree is required. This opportunity comes with a very competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $130k to $140k plus an annual bonus that can range from 10% to 20%. Relocation assistance is available. The ideal candidate will possess experience with proactive vs reactionary maintenance programs, preventative & predictive maintenance, excellent mechanical aptitude, PSM (Process Safety Management), CMMS and a track record of solid leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
  • Prioritizes health & safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Utilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members
  • Oversees housekeeping activities for the plant, ensuring organization and promoting excellence
  • Implements spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system
  • Partners with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical skill sets are developed or acquired
  • Develops improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency
Education:
  • Bacherlor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering required
Experience:
  • 10 years of manufacturing/industrial experience
  • 5 years of maintenance supervision experience
  • Experience utilizing CMMS
  • Experience with reliability excellence and preventative/predictive systems
Competencies:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills qualifications: Experience level: ManagerMinimum 5 years of experience
