ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONSPerform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement timely, effective solutions Partner with production teams to resolve malfunctions and improve performance Install, test, and ensure proper operation of new equipment and system upgrades Assist with planning and executing equipment modifications or improvements Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repairs, parts used, and recommendations Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and procedures Promote a safe work environment by following PPE requirements and safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly store tools and equipment 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred 5+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working in environments with noise, vibration, and potential chemical exposure
