Position Overview We are seeking experienced professionals who can confidently manage customer relationships, drive sales through integrity, and lead day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a an extremely fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience Clearly communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, and timelines Build trust with customers through honesty and transparency Manage workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity (Manager role) Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality repairs Maintain strong follow-up and customer retention practices Uphold company standards for service, organization, and professionalism Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Manager Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience (for Manager role) Familiarity with shop management systems (Tekmetric experience is a plus) Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay (base + performance incentives) Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a real impact and grow with the business Ongoing training and development Why Join Rev-Up Auto?
