Job Description

Salary Based on experience The Facilities Maintenance & Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of all health center facilities, vehicles, and mobile health units. This role is responsible for managing facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance), supervising maintenance staff, coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance programs, vendor services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include leading maintenance operations, overseeing facility inspections and repairs, managing departmental budgets and inventory, supporting emergency preparedness efforts, coordinating contractors and service providers, maintaining security and environmental services programs, and ensuring agency vehicles and mobile health units remain operational and compliant. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of facilities maintenance or operations experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, experience with work order systems and preventive maintenance programs, and working knowledge of OSHA, ADA, fire safety, and healthcare facility regulations. A valid driver's license is required; supervisory experience and healthcare facilities experience are preferred.
