The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of the organization's facilities, equipment, and machinery through planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and minimize unexpected downtime.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to maintenance staff. Lead (or assist) in equipment and facility repairs when needed Request quotes from outside vendors for execution of maintenance work. Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair. Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition. Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident-free. Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production. Ensure that spare parts, components, and tools needed for maintenance are always available by ordering, forecasting, and monitoring material inventories. Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent Minimum experience of 3 years in a supervisory role Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment Bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish)Preferred Qualifications :
Associate's degree in manufacturing technology or facility management. Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of powder coating equipment and process. Working knowledge of welding equipment. Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics. In-depth expertise with OSHA and ISO standards.Travel Requirements :
