Full-time or Part-time Position Summary Genox is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Maintenance Coordinator to support our fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations throughout the United States. This position plays a key role in ensuring tractors and trailers remain compliant, safe, and operational in accordance with USDOT and FMCSR regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist drivers, vendors, and internal departments Coordinate over-the-road breakdown repairs for tractors and trailers Create and issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and enter repair information into TMT Track over-the-road breakdowns and maintenance activity Enter, scan and file repair invoices and maintenance documentation Maintain accurate inspection and preventive maintenance records in TMT Weekly Responsibilities Tractor and Trailer Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Coordination Generate trailer inspection reports for units due within 30 days Notify drivers of upcoming inspection and PM requirements via phone and email Work with operations and maintenance teams to ensure inspections are completed before expiration Assist in identifying recommended inspection and repair locations Monitor overdue inspections and escalate concerns to the Maintenance Manager Coordinate recommended repair service locations as needed Work with your group on over the road breakdown cases requiring roadside assistance Pack and ship necessary parts for repairs to drivers and repair shops Monthly Responsibilities Provide upcoming inspection status updates to the Maintenance Manager Additional Responsibilities Update recommended vendor lists Scan and organize maintenance documentation Run reports and provide administrative support to the Maintenance Team Communicate important maintenance and safety information to drivers Backup Responsibilities Create permit books Order permits and related materials Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to learn maintenance software systems such as TMT Experience in transportation, fleet maintenance, dispatch, or administrative support preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Frequent sitting, typing, and use of office equipment Regular standing and walking Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Must possess adequate vision and focus abilities for office and operational tasks Why Join Genox?
