Job Requirements:

• -1 year ground maintenance experience preferred.
• -Good communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with co-workers, subordinates, management and customers. (English/Spanish)
• -High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• -A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are required to be able to be insured to operate a company vehicle.
• -Able to follow instructions and work with Intellectually Disabled Individuals.
• -Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• -Able to lift 35 pounds, able to walk long distances, bend, stoop, push, pull, climb and reach.
• -Must be at least 21 years of age (due to company vehicle insurance guidelines)
• -Must be able to pass driving background check.
• -Must pass a drug background check.
• -Must be able to operate power equipment (i.

e., weed trimmer, mower, blower, etc.) and operate manual equipment (i.e., pallet jack, ladder, tire jack, moving dolly buffer, etc.)

Job Duties:

Instructs and supervises Ground Maintenance Attendants (including employees with disabilities) in accordance with contract requirements. Ensures supervisor operates in compliance with all policies and procedures Maintains GMA time record to ensure that all subordinates get paid accurately Fills out all necessary paperwork and reports on a timely manner Acts as liaison between Xceed Resources Manager and City, State and/or Federal Contract Manager but does not negotiate any contracts with same. Performs all tasks in compliance with ethical and personnel guidelines Provides preventive and sanitary maintenance on assigned vehicle. Maintains accurate inventory of assigned tools and equipment in accordance with prescribed accountability formats. Provides preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. Performs all related duties to include all other departmental duties within Xceed Resources as required. As a Supervisor will perform all work in a safe manner as directed by policies and procedures, stipulated by instructions from the supervisor. Cause no accident or injury, and no damage to Xceed Resources employees or property through negligence. Works harmoniously with fellow employees to generate a productive, cohesive work environment using a team approach to all situations. Attends work punctually and regularly to provide productive work environment for Ground Maintenance Attendants and meet contract specifications. Coordinates all aspects of the implementation of Quality of Control standards, ensures that customers quality requirements are met following all regulatory requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving continual improvement in pursuit of companys goals and objectives.
