Exempt SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, forecasting, organizing, budgeting, directing, and performing the activities related to maintenance, repairs, improvements, at all Boot Ranch facilities by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and maintain a yearly budget for both deferred maintenance and Capital Expense. Financial Reports
- Track and organize monthly expenses to compare with accounting Utilities
- Tracks, compares and pays monthly bills Maintenance
- day-to-day operations, budget, hiring, scheduling and direct supervision of maintenance employees Responsible for day-to-day supervision of assigned employees to make the most effective and efficient use of skills, facilities, and equipment available Scheduling workloads and work orders for all areas of the Club and its equipment Overseeing daily water quality checks on swimming pools, Jacuzzi and filtering systems to protect the health and well-being of members and guests Support•Leads team in support role and actively involved in event coordination, execution and breakdown.

The minimum requirement for this position is 50 hours per week with emphasis on weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
College degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 10 years of management experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Well-developed written, presentation and oral communication skills.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages a total of up to 8 employees. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
