Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Duct Sheetmetal Shop Foreman. As shop foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be working with a team of skilled professionals, utilizing your expertise in duct fabrication to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Utilize your expertise in duct fabrication to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards Work closely with project managers to ensure that all project requirements are met Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure that deadlines are met Ensure that all safety regulations are followed, PPE worn and that all equipment is properly maintained Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed Train new employees and provide ongoing training to ensure that all team members are up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a Shop Supervisor and or Shop Foreman role with strong knowledge of HVAC sheet metal/duct
