This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team of technicians, ensure optimal equipment performance, and uphold safety standards. As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our industrial systems, implementing maintenance strategies, and supporting continuous production flow. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and facilities management will drive operational excellence and foster a culture of safety and innovation. Duties Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work. Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, utilizing schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Oversee mechanical maintenance tasks involving HVAC systems, pumps, conveyors, motors, and other industrial machinery. Manage facilities operations related to safety compliance, environmental standards, and general building maintenance. Coordinate with project management teams for equipment upgrades, installations, or modifications involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems. Ensure adherence to safety protocols by conducting regular inspections and training staff on electrical safety procedures related to high voltage and low voltage systems. Requirements Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including electrical (high/low voltage), mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and facilities management. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC systems, and project management tools. Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting, team coordination, and safety instructions. Supervising experience with a focus on leadership development and operational efficiency. Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues swiftly. Familiarity with safety standards related to high voltage electricity and industrial maintenance procedures.
