The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLC). This role is crucial in maintaining equipment reliability, safety standards, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring efficient operation and timely repairs. Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades and improvements. Train staff on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and the use of tools such as ohmmeters. Analyze schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues in high voltage and low voltage systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in managing programmable logic controllers (PLC) and understanding their applications in manufacturing processes. Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and facilities management principles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Effective communication skills in English for clear interaction with team members and other departments. Experience with project management principles related to maintenance activities is preferred.
