00 Preferred Student Classification Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Nature & Purpose of Position This position provides support for the Office of the Vice President of Facilities Management.
Duties to include:
General clerical work such as filing, inventory checks, supply management, and data input will be required. The ability to use office machines: computer, copier, and scanner will be required. Student must possess ability to use Microsoft Office and use the Outlook Calendar. This position requires customer service and reception area management. Must be a self-starter, responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to maintain work place confidentiality. Other Requirements for the Position Organized, ability to type, use office machines, have experience with Microsoft Office suite. Keep an organized and professional work environment. Student should be a self-starter, able to follow instructions, and takes pride in their work. Ability to alphabetize and maintain electronic databases and physical files. Must be a team player and build good working relationships with staff, coworkers, and superiors, along with guests in the office. Student will provide quality customer service on a daily basis to Facilities Management Staff, Customers, and end users whether it is written, verbal, or in person. Be willing to learn and adapt to a fast paced working environment. Must have your own transportation to and from work.
