Who You Are You're a proactive leader who's ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of property maintenance. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have at least two years of full-time apartment maintenance experience. Are skilled in written and verbal English communication (bilingual preferred). Own the necessary tools and have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle. Hold formal maintenance training, including CFC II certification and a current pool operator's license. Are committed to workplace safety and adept at implementing and monitoring safety programs. Possess a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
