Lead Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities :
HVAC Services :
Address HVAC service calls efficiently and professionally. Handle installation procedures in line with company standards.
Work Orders :
Respond promptly to maintenance calls and work orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service.
Make Ready :
Collaborate with the make-ready team to guarantee that properties are prepared and up to par for occupancy. Property Appearance.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing maintenance. Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective work relationships. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Successfully pass preemployment background check. Must be HVAC certified.
Compensation:
$25-27, depending on experience
