Service Manager - Spencer's Auto Repair (Krum, TX) Lead. Inspire. Deliver Excellence. Spencer's Auto Repair is growing, and we're looking for a high-performing Service Manager who is ready to lead a strong team, elevate the customer experience, and drive results in a fast-paced, relationship-focused shop. If you love building people, coaching advisors, creating a winning culture, and running a tight, process-driven front office — you'll fit right in here. What You'll Do Lead and coach service advisors to hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals Ensure a consistent, professional, and friendly customer experience Oversee workflow, dispatching, and quality control
Monitor KPIs:
car count, ARO, sales, GP, closing ratio, inspections, etc. Conduct daily huddles and weekly 1-on-1 coaching Maintain shop standards: cleanliness, professionalism, and communication Handle customer concerns with empathy and solutions Work closely with ownership on KPIs, growth strategies, and marketing efforts Uphold and enforce proven processes (DVI, 10 & 2 updates, follow-up calls, etc.) Who We're Looking For A proven leader in automotive service (Service Manager with 5 years of experience) Strong communicator who can connect, coach, and motivate Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented Confident in sales conversations and building customer trust Solutions-focused mindset — proactive, not reactive Someone who thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly What We Offer Competitive Pay (base + performance bonuses) Health insurance Paid time off & holidays Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing, family-owned shop Supportive, drama-free work environment Ongoing training & development A team that truly values culture, communication, and customer care Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 8-5pm Weekends off Location Spencer's Auto Repair Krum, TX.
