Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager at Mone Transport LLC will be able to manage equipment and mechanics to ensure performance success. Provide feedback, create a budget, follow up with parts and maintenance orders, and submit monthly and quarterly reports. Develop strategical approach that maximizes asset utilization, safety standards, and driver quality. The maintenance manager position needs to have knowledge of parts and mechanism for trucks and trailers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchase parts and/or services at the highest quality with a reasonable cost. Excellent communication skills. Take charge of supervising the performance of the mechanics. Monitor inventory turnover. Report all purchases in the company is maintenance software. Create a budget to minimize unnecessary expenses. Submit monthly and quarterly reports. Exceed performance metrics. Analyze opportunities for business growth. Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills Be able to work individually and with a group. Ability to use of standard office software and other types of software. Perform all duties assigned while adapting to a fast working environment. Industry Transportation Logistics Employment Type
