This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and uphold the highest standards of property upkeep. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management systems and regulations. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations across multiple properties, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to schedule repairs, inspections, and upgrades aligned with property standards. Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, contracts, and legal documentation related to property upkeep. Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining positive relationships. Assist in budgeting processes by monitoring expenses related to facilities management and recommending cost-effective solutions. Skills Customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically. Familiarity with real estate administrative processes such as filing legal documents, data entry accuracy, and office procedures. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping related to contracts, legal compliance, and maintenance logs.
