Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation and safety of our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, while managing maintenance projects and coordinating with various departments. Your leadership will drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and uphold the highest standards of facilities management. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong supervisory skills and a passion for maintaining complex industrial environments. Duties Supervise daily maintenance operations across manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment Oversee the management of maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and inventory Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage equipment, utilizing schematics and testing tools such as ohmmeters Maintain mechanical systems by inspecting pumps, conveyors, motors, and HVAC units; perform repairs or coordinate external specialists as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage), machinery operation, and facilities management Plan and execute maintenance projects involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and system upgrades to improve operational efficiency Qualifications Proven supervising experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments with strong leadership skills Solid mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical expertise in low voltage and high voltage systems Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and troubleshooting electrical circuits Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management and scheduling Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety protocols related to industrial maintenance Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics and wiring diagrams effectively Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate across teams and document work clearly Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor where your expertise will keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly!
