Job Description
Description:
You will be the maintenance supervisor for our Facilities team. Our team is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining production and infrastructure equipment to ensure seamless operations. Provide support to the production floor with rearrangements and shop floor configurations. What You Will Be Doing As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance.Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
- Hiring, training, and overseeing workers to ensure effective repair procedures
- Analyzing machine data to inform repair decisions
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices and regulations Why Join Us We're looking for a collaborative and experienced leader to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
- Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management.
- Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security Clearance.
- Facilities maintenance infrastructure or critical systems experience
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge and use of preventative/predictive maintenance technologies and applications.
- Knowledge and use of Building Automation Systems.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulics systems.
- Must be capable of communicating with vendors and customers.
- Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarity.
- Team building and team engagement skills.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
