Were looking to fill this role quickly About the Role Were seeking a highly skilledSite Automation & Maintenance Supervisorto lead maintenance operations, oversee automation activities, and ensure equipment reliability within a fastpaced manufacturing environment. In this handson leadership role, you will manage predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance, support robotics and PLC programming, guide maintenance technicians, and help drive compliance with all quality, safety, environmental, and energy standards. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong leader who thrives in solving complex problems, coaching maintenance teams, and improving uptime and production performance. What Youll Do Maintenance Leadership & Execution Oversee and execute assignedcorrective, preventative, and predictivemaintenance activities. Ensure proper functioning of allproduction lines, equipment, and facility systems. Perform maintenance across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems. Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance work and machine downtime. Automation & Technical Support Troubleshoot and assist in programmingPLC systems. Support and adjustrobotic systemsas required. Modify equipment to support safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Compliance, Safety & Quality Ensure compliance with

IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO

45001, and ISO 50001standards. Follow and promote all safety requirements, includingLockout/Tagout (LOTO). Lead and maintain5Sstandards in all maintenance work areas. Participate in problemsolving for safety, quality, and maintenance issues. Team Leadership & Collaboration Provide direction and guidance to maintenance technicians. Communicate daily with maintenance team members to ensure processes are followed. Coordinate and monitor work performed by external suppliers or contractors. Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and project launches. Documentation & Continuous Improvement Prepare and supportLayered Process Audits (LPAs). Monitor and manage maintenance documentation, systems, and work orders. Demonstrate leadership acrossquality, environmental, energy, and safetyperformance. What You Bring Education & Experience Grade 12 / OSSD required. Technical Trade School with442A licenseor equivalent preferred. 4-5 years of maintenance and repair experience, ideally in manufacturing. Technical Skills PLC reading and programming Robotic programming knowledge Strong troubleshooting abilities Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic experience Carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general facility maintenance Forklift operation Additional Competencies Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work safely, independently, and under pressure Knowledge of ISO and IATF standards Understanding of 5S and continuous improvement practices Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. Able to lift up to50 lbsand perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching. Must work comfortably in anonclimatecontrolled, fastpaced environment. Must be able to climb in/out of forklifts and work around active equipment. Flexibility for shift changes or reassignment based on production needs.
