Oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of preventive maintenance projects for all facility systems, equipment, and machinery to reduce the likelihood of unplanned downtime. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Identify, review, and select vendors or consultants to meet project needs. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of production equipment to ensure efficiency and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with the production team to schedule downtime for maintenance and minimize disruptions to production schedules. Develop and maintain a parts inventory management system to ensure availability of spare parts for critical machinery. Develop and manage the maintenance department's budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance solutions without compromising quality or safety.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management, or related, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related position.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience must include 2 years of experience with field service management or industrial maintenance; HVAC/R systems; Microsoft Projects; Blueprints and schematics reading and interpretation. Background checks may be required.
