As a vital part of our service delivery, you will be responsible for providing quick and efficient oil change services while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate would have directly managed people in the past, has a desire for growth and a challenge and are willing to work hard and lead by example. If you enjoy being part of and leading a team with a positive attitude towards your customers and Team Members, this opportunity is for you! Duties Individual must have managed direct reports, preferably in the quick lube industry. Individual must have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a Guest service mentality. Candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy. Individual must possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility. Individual must have the ability to successfully identify, develop and lead people. Individual must demonstrate a drive for results and possess an ownership mentality, as well as have the ability to successfully solve problems and make decisions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
We expect our Mangers to:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive services is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. Be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions. Have a high sense of urgency and lots of energy. Enjoy hands-on work. Basic computer skills. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Have full body mobility:
be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs. Enjoy face-to-face interaction with the public. Master products, services, and company knowledge.
Working Conditions:
Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business dictates. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Work on your feet for extended periods of time with your hands above your head.
