What You Will Do Maintenance Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within the industrial environment. guidelines; this role requires proficiency in SAP system, Microsoft Office applications, and effective communication with production teams to optimize machinery uptime and minimize downtime. Monday -Thursday; 6:00 AM -4:30

PM Plan and Schedule Maintenance Activities:

Develop comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for machinery and equipment based on Pratt & Whitney Procedure

Establish Daily Walk Arounds:

Collaborate with production teams to establish and conduct daily walkarounds for production areas, identifying maintenance needs and addressing issues promptly.

Coordinate Scheduled Downtime:

Work closely with production teams to establish and coordinate scheduled downtime for machinery and equipment maintenance, minimizing disruption to production schedules.

Prioritize Maintenance Tasks:

Understand the priority of machines and equipment based on operational needs and production schedules, ensuring critical maintenance tasks are addressed promptly.

Equipment Inspection and Assessment:

Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues, assess performance, and determine maintenance needs.

Root Cause Analysis:

What We Are Looking For HS Diploma or GED U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Proven experience as a maintenance planner or similar role in an industrial environment. In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning principles, PM frequencies, and scheduling methodologies.
