If you're HVAC certified, this gig is tailor-made for you! Ready to make a difference? A sharp eye for detail and organization a requirement. Computer savvy is a plus. You must have prior experience with Apartment maintenance
Job Description:
Oversee and execute maintenance tasks across the apartment complex, ensuring high standards of work and efficiency. Lead, manage, and inspire the maintenance team to achieve operational goals. Perform a variety of maintenance duties, including HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs proactively. Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff.
