This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. We're looking for a producing foreman who can lead technicians, keep workflow moving, assist with diagnostics and complex repairs, and actively flag labor hours alongside the team. Texas & Oklahoma's #1 name in RV & Marine Sales & Service Competitive pay with production opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits Career growth and advancement opportunities Team-oriented culture Fast-paced, high-energy environment What You'll Do Produce and flag labor hours alongside the technician team Help manage daily shop workflow and technician productivity Dispatch and prioritize repair orders to maximize efficiency Assist technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs Maintain quality control and reduce comebacks Train, mentor, and develop technicians and shop personnel Enforce safety procedures and maintain shop organization Communicate with management regarding productivity, staffing, and operational needs Ensure repair orders, labor tracking, and documentation are accurate and complete What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Senior Technician Strong RV and/or Marine diagnostic and repair experience Ability to lead a team while remaining production-focused Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Weekend availability as business needs require Ready to Join a Winning Team?
