The Huffines Automotive Service Drive Manager is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the service drive. The Service Drive Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are provided with a high-quality service experience and that the dealership achieves its sales and service level objectives.
The Huffines Successful Service Manager:
Ensures that customer satisfaction is a top priority and that customers receive excellent service and support during their visit Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of service drive staff Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments Work with the dealership's sales team to ensure that service customers are given the opportunity to purchase new or used vehicles Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Maintains quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality Ensures that the customer waiting areas are kept clean Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance Performs all other duties associated with the management of a successful Hyundai dealership experience
