Maintenance Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Maintenance Manager to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our faciliy. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, construction, and facilities maintenance expertise, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of systems, and the property. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, working with schematics, site improvements and construction. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other common site issues using schematics, and other diagnostic tools. Conduct various construction projects, site maintenance, and painting as needed for repairs or upgrades. Supervise during repair projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and improve facility efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety inspections regularly. Assist in managing facility upgrades or renovations, including overseeing subcontractors when necessary. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. Skilled in construction and painting for repair projects. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Supervising experience demonstrating leadership in managing maintenance teams or projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. This position offers a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities through technical expertise and leadership qualities. Reliability, time management, and communication with management is imperative for this position.
