Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance operations of facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Inspect facilities and equipment Manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures, Coordinate repairs, installations, and servicing of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and automated systems Monitor maintenance KPIs and system reports to initiate corrective actions and improve performance. Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies and maintain inventory levels. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support facility improvements and resolve maintenance issues.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and automated systems
Skills:
Leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, budgeting, communication, and proficiency with maintenance management software or CMMS
Physical Requirements:
Ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and ramps to perform inspections and tasks
