In this pivotal role, you will oversee maintenance operations across manufacturing facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and optimal performance. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of industrial equipment and facilities. Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high safety standards. Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset histories, and inventory levels. Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including low voltage and high voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades, installations, and new equipment integrations involving Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to HVAC systems, electrical work, and industrial maintenance procedures. Monitor the performance of mechanical systems such as pumps, conveyors, and HVAC units; perform inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ohmmeters. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and continuous improvement purposes. Lead efforts in optimizing facilities management processes to enhance operational efficiency across manufacturing operations. Skills Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise in low voltage and high voltage systems. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting automation components such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Experience working with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking. Knowledge of HVAC systems operation, maintenance, and safety standards. Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters effectively. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in English for clear communication across teams; additional language skills are a plus but not required.
