The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow within the service team. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in service quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the service department to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement service policies and procedures. Maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and staff. Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training of service technicians and staff. Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to measure service department performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with other departments to maximize overall dealership success. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team. Knowledge of automotive service operations and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
