Managing Main Shop and Recon Shop locations Provide leadership direction Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed Oversee the hiring, training, and development of technicians and other service department personnel Manage manufacturer warranty claims and audits Monitor and manage the service department budget, including expenses, revenues, and profitability. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth. Work closely with the Business Office to ensure accurate billing and timely collection of service invoices. Qualification Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role is required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
