Full-Time Location:
South Padre Island, TX Pay:
$20.00 per hour Sea Vista Condominium Association is seeking a dependable and experienced Head Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a beachfront condominium property.
Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee daily maintenance operations of the property Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues Conduct routine inspections of building systems and common areas Coordinate and supervise outside vendors and contractors Maintain maintenance records and inventory of supplies Assist with preventive maintenance programs Ensure the property is maintained in a safe, clean, and professional manner
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in condominium, hotel, apartment, or commercial property maintenance Experience supervising maintenance staff or contractors Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred This is a full-time position offering stable, year-round employment. Qualified candidates should submit a resume detailing their maintenance experience and qualifications.
